Recruitment Specialist (1 year)


We are looking for a recruitment champion to join our team. You must have at least 1 year of work experience in handling end to end IT recruitment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop & maintain recruiting sources to ensure adequate flow of qualified resumes for candidate selection to meet job opening needs.
  • Prepare Job Descriptions in coordination with the technical team.
  • Screen and conduct first round of interviews.
  • Schedule technical interviews.
  • Manage vendor relationships ensure hiring deadlines are met.

Required Skills:

  • Good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Experience in IT recruitment.
  • Knowledge of working with Microsoft Word, Excel/ Google Docs, Sheets
  • Sourcing talent through various job portals.
  • Good in Head hunting & networking.
  • Good at managing multiple stakeholders.
